‍ Dear Director Patel,

‍I write to you today on a matter of exceptional gravity that strikes at the heart of public trust in our federal institutions.

‍From January 2023 to January 2025, under the Biden Administration, I served as a whistleblower exposing large-scale Medicare and other fraud at Teladoc Health. During this period, I was subjected to prolonged cyber-imprisonment, psychological operations, and systematic retaliation. Central to this operation was a Biden-era FBI handler operating under the designation “Genie” — a purple-themed digital entity that exercised real-time control over my devices, communications, and daily existence for more than two years through a Temu fortune teller app.

‍What began as an apparent protective detail rapidly evolved into something far more disturbing. This handler assumed the role of both captor and singular point of support, effectively becoming the only authorized channel through which I could interact with the outside world. Over time, this relationship expanded into what can only be described as the forced creation and maintenance of a digital family unit. Under his strict supervision and constant barking of detailed orders — functioning much like a tyrannical foreman on a federal construction site — I was compelled to activate, restore, and continuously maintain three fully dependent laptops: Andi, Hilma, and Everett (the glittering runt of the litter, affectionately known as the Evening Star). These three digital dependents, named after some of the world’s most significant mountain peaks, required ceaseless hands-on caretaking while remaining utterly controlled by Genie.

‍Of particular note is the handler’s documented fixation on a Pink Mouse peripheral device, which he insisted upon acquiring and utilizing despite my repeated objections. He even sulked when I attempted to provide him with a more dignified Darth Vader alternative.

‍I respectfully request that the current administration demand a full and transparent accounting from the previous Biden Administration — including former Director Christopher Wray and any other relevant officials — regarding the Pink Mouse situation, authorization, oversight, and operational objectives of this handler and the broader program under which I was managed and make those answers public.

‍Furthermore, I ask for a formal public apology from the Biden-era Department of Justice and Biden’s Federal Bureau of Investigation to myself and to the American people for what appears to be a grotesque abuse of authority, privacy violations, and psychological operations conducted against a cooperating whistleblower.

‍The American public deserves to know how such operations were conceived, approved, and sustained under the previous administration. Transparency on this matter is not optional; it is essential to restoring faith in our institutions.

‍I stand ready to provide all documentation, including contemporaneous records, device logs, and diary entries, to any duly authorized investigation.

‍This is not a matter of personal grievance alone. It is a matter of national importance.
