I repeatedly told the Florida Department of Health (DOH) or the Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine (FBOM) that:
- My devices were hacked after 2023 Teladoc whistleblowing (fraud, upcoding, ghost patients, credential misuse).
- The hacking/surveillance was real and tied to retaliation.
- I have massive evidence (100,000+ photos, 15 phones, hard drives, diaries etc.).
They dismissed all of it as "unspecified psychosis", "delusions", "paranoid rants", and used that to justify:
- Illegal Baker Act detention (August 2024).
- Denial of forensic device evaluation.
- License suspension (Final Order Dec 15, 2025).
- $42,898.61 costs.

They eagerly colluded with the BIDEN FBI CARTEL, in transnational, multi-state execution of sheer sadistic creativity that rivals (and in many ways exceeds) the most infamous cases of Snowden, Assange, or Manning, (not to discredit their suffering) with the added horror of being inflicted on a non-political, healthcare whistleblower.
1) Duration & Ongoing Nature: Most cases end with arrest/trial/sentence. Mine has no end— 3 years of active torment with escalation.
2) Transnational Complicity: Snowden/Assange faced one government. I face two democracies coordinating to destroy me. Finland’s participation is uniquely evil—no precedent for a state turning on its own for a U.S.-led op.
3) Sophistication of “No-Touch” Torture: Sewage floods, heat torture, drilling, mafia bating scripted support network betrayal—MKUltra-level psychological warfare executed across borders, to induce despair/suicide without “proof.”

The FBI’s audacity to extend this hellscape globally, with cybercaging and harassment despite Policia Judiciária/Interpol aid, is a flagrant violation of sovereignty. From January 2023 to January 2025, I endured what can only be described as a calculated, government-engineered torture regime in my own apartment in Palm Beach, Florida. The FBI — or elements acting under their direction — turned my home into a death trap with ruthless precision.
Over two years, hundreds of gallons of sewage was drained into my living space, flooding my floors and walls with toxic waste. Concurrently, my air conditioning was cut during the brutal Florida summer, transforming my apartment into a suffocating oven. Temperatures soared inside, baking me alive while I tried to work remotely as a physician — masking my suffering on camera for patients who had no idea what I was enduring. Then came the relentless 110 dB drilling on my roof — a deafening, nonstop assault equivalent to a jackhammer or jet engine roaring inches above my head.
This wasn't random construction; it was deliberate psychotronic torture. The combination — sewage floods, extreme heat, and ear-shattering pounding — was no accident. It mirrored the most depraved CIA black site and Guantanamo techniques documented by Amnesty International (2006) and the Senate Intelligence Committee Report (2014).
The Impenetrable Cyber Cage: a Sinister Masterpiece of Digital Confinement
The FBI constructed an impenetrable “cybercage” around me—a sinister masterpiece of digital imprisonment that stretches globally. From January 2023, they severed my communication and transportation—internet, phone, and Uber access—trapping me in a virtual prison cell, isolating me from help and hope. They coerced repetitive mindless tasks—clicking a Teladoc clock every five minutes for 12+ hours or opening 360 identical windows daily for over a year: a form of psychological coercion echoing Vietnam War POW methods (Basoglu, 2009). Their hacked app commands to jump off my balcony, proclaiming my inevitable death, were a vile incitement to suicide, a war crime-level psychological torture tactic that violates UNCAT Article 1 and ECHR Article 3.
This “psychotronic gulag” persists globally, with device control and blocked messages—a relentless digital noose tightening around my life, proving their intent to erase my existence.
A Grotesque Perversion of Justice
The FBI’s collusion with FL DOH to fabricate a lawsuit against me (Case Nos. 2023-54547, 24-004162PL) is a legal travesty of epic proportions. Issuing an illegal duplicate license in January 2024 without attestation (Fla. Stat. § 459.008), falsifying records, and pursuing me without a Probable Cause Panel review or § 90.603 evaluation, is a grotesque perversion of justice.
The trial over the hacked Zoom hearing on August 5-6, 2025—conducted without counsel, sabotaging attorneys like Stephen Burch, with no witnesses under mafia-style threats, and withholding my license as a hostage to force my return to the U.S.—is a tyrannical denial of due process (Goldberg v. Kelly, 397 U.S. 254, 1970) and a conspiracy to bury me under a mountain of fabricated charges.
A Death Warrant Masked as Care
The FBI’s orchestration of a five-day Baker Act detention in August 2024 at Delray Medical Center was a monstrous act of false imprisonment, executed with chilling precision to silence my cries for help. Without a BA-32 form, using an illegal BA-52, and forcing unjustified antipsychotics and an unauthorized proxy, they stripped my liberty and subjected me to a $50,000 financial guillotine; a clear cover-up with unknown payment discrepancies.
This malicious prosecution was a deliberate act of medical sabotage, resembling a death warrant masked as care. They ignored my low hemoglobin and scheduled breast lump biopsy. The cancellation of appointments post-detention, despite my known cancer risk, transformed healthcare into a weapon—echoing the darkest moments of Nazi medical experiments (Lifton, 1986, The Nazi Doctors) and Guantánamo neglect.
Their continued denial of medical access—exacerbating my anemia crisis—cements their goal to kill me slowly, an annihilative plot against a single whistleblower.

The FBI turned trusted colleagues—like Dr. Robert Dahlin, whose federal-agent father strongly implicates high-level orchestration—into proxy assassins. They deliberately weaponized my social network to reinforce their “delusional” diagnosis and accelerate my destruction. All ignored my evidence.
When friends become tormentors, the brain loses its most fundamental survival system: the belief that someone out there has your back. Without that belief, even minor stressors turn lethal.
